As a café with a focus on community-building and environmental sustainability, we aim to:

• support local organic farms
• support small and/or local businesses for the remainder of our food and supplies
• donate to commissary funds of activists and animal rights prisoners in need of vegan food while incarcerated
• compost all food scraps
• provide at least one sliding-scale option on our menu (pay what you can afford)
• free wi-fi and access to literature related to animal rights and environmental issues
• a “Sustainer Program” which allows members to receive discounts and special offers
• a non-hierarchical work and service environment with volunteer opportunities
• compassionate, cruelty-free meals at a reasonable cost
